Every customer is required to submit an authentic identity proof during the booking process. Without an authentic copy of voter card, PAN card, driver’s license or an Aadhar card, no booking shall be processed.
Once the booking request is confirmed, the customer is required to make an advance payment equivalent to 50% of the total charges for the period of stay.
Postponement of a booking date shall also be treated as a cancellation.
The standard check-out time is 12 pm.
The standard check-in time is 11 am.
If the customer fails to check-in before 11 am, she/he will be charged with additional compensations.
If the check-out time exceeds 12 pm, the customer will be required to pay the full amount for an additional day.
Any loss or damage caused to the hotel property has to be compensated by the guest with full labor charges.
Customers are requested to keep their cash,ornaments,passports etc. at their own risk. Hotel management will not be responsible for any loss or mishap.
Advance booking amount is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Inform to hotel for cancellation prior 8 days for full advance amount refund.
If not informed prior 8 days, only 20% of the advance amount will be refunded.
If the customer fails to show up on the date of arrival without any prior notice or in incidences of cancellation of event, advances remain non-refundable and forfeited
